Community Outreach Ministry Endeavor (C.O.M.E.) is busier than ever before. Our clothes closet has been receiving more men’s clothes than we have ever before, however they get distributed just as fast as they come in. At this time of year we have been getting requests from our homeless clients for blankets, thermal underwear, socks, sweatshirts, gloves and jackets. We are doing our best to meet the demand.
As of December 3rd we will start signing up children for our annual Christmas gift distribution. Clients in the following five zip codes may apply- 95112, 95113, 95116, 95122, and 95133. Every year we receive donations from the Marines Toys for Tots up to age 12. We wouldn’t be able to have this program without their help. Bella Capelli owner, Michele Rodinsky and her staff will be collecting gifts for the teenagers once again. Gifts can be dropped off at the salon at 2160 South Bascom Avenue, Campbell 95008.
